Hereford & Hops has three locations in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania; Escanaba, Michigan and Wausau, Wisconsin. Since 1994 it has specialized in a do-it-yourself style of dining with onsite microbreweries at every location. Each facility has open grills with the choice to grill your own steak, seafood or chicken. With grill chefs on duty, you can always choose to have your entrée professionally grilled.
Each location is unique with its very own microbrewery. The restaurants offer at least five custom awarding-winning beers on tap and three seasonal beers. The menu is complete with salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, seafood, dessert and a full bar and wine list. While you are at the restaurant ask about touring the microbrewery.
