Our Grill chef will assist you in choosing your cut of meat, cooking to the proper temperature, butterflying your steak if you desire and making your own Texas toast.
Grilling Your Steak
1. Choose your cut of beef.
2. Lightly oil and season your steak
3. Place steak on the grill, directly over the hottest part of the fire. When small amounts of juice rise to the surface, turn the steak over.
4. Lightly oil and season your steak and cook the second side until the juices rise to the top again.
5. Move steak to one side of the gill where the heat is less intense and continue cooking, turning once until done.
